The Ethereal Nature of Sol Duc Falls & Why You Must Visit
January 7, 2018

So that’s it, the Christmas tree is down, the decorations tidied away (although one or two sets of fairy lights might have found a permanent home out of their boxes…) and we are back to work tomorrow. Today is a day for savouring. Our last day of lounging in our pyjamas and drinking obscene amounts of tea, accompanied by an equally obscene amount of biscuits.

Our Christmas was a quiet one, on the Isle of Wight with our families. Unfortunately the weather was pretty abysmal this year, so we didn’t get out for as many walks as we would have liked, but instead we hibernated indoors with music, books and comfort food.

Here are just a few little snaps to show what Christmas was to us this year. I hope you all have had a lovely festive few days, and wishing you a very happy new year!
